By installing and using PixelSync, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.
The Service
PixelSync is a browser extension that captures web page content and converts it into Figma-compatible clipboard data. The Free tier includes up to 15 captures per month. The Pro tier includes up to 2,000 captures per month and supports up to 5 browsers per account.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and use the content of the web pages you capture.
- Do not use PixelSync to capture content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension.
Pro Subscription & Refunds
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Creem.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
- 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with Pro, request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- No partial refunds are given for unused time after the 7-day window.
- To request a refund, log into your Creem Customer Portal (link in your payment confirmation email) or email support@pixelsync.app.
Liability
PixelSync is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the extension. Captured output depends on the source page, and we cannot guarantee perfect fidelity in all cases.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PixelSync after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
